Our services are as detailed on our website.

Our subscriptions and one-off packages will not include:

• grass cutting;
• repair of damaged monumental stone; and/or
• cleaning of grave surround.

When you submit a contact form, we will take a visit to your nominated grave and either ring or email you to discuss your options. Once all conditions are agreed an agreement will come into existence between you and Tending Angels.

If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this as soon as possible explaining the reasons for such.

The company will not be responsible for events outside our control and the exact service dates may change due to weather, ground conditions and things outside our control. We will notify the client if dates need to be changed.

We may also suspend supply of the services if you do not pay. If you do not pay us for the services when you are supposed to and you still do not make payment within 14 days of us reminding you that payment is due, we may suspend supply of the services until you have paid us the outstanding amounts. We will contact you to tell you we are suspending supply of the services.

You are not tied to any long term agreement with Tending Angels and may cancel at any time given the company 1 month’s notice.  To end the agreement, please email or phone us.

We may end the agreement for a service at any time by writing to you. We will end an agreement if you do not make any payment to us when it is due and you still do not make payment within 14 days of us reminding you that payment is due.

The company will not accept any payment in cash. The client will be required to make full payment for the service on the agreed date (at least 5 days before tending services are due).

For subscriptions, payment will be made by direct debit on a monthly or quarterly basis. Payments for one-off services can be made by credit or debit card.

Tending Angels will only use company supplied equipment to include flower containers. Any current client owned containers will be removed and returned to the client.

By placing an order with Tending Angels you are confirming that you are over 18 and the person responsible for the upkeep of the grave.
